Designs by Britt & Co

By placing an order with Designs by Britt & Co, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

All items are made to order unless otherwise stated (RTS). By purchasing, you confirm that:

• All sizing, colors, and design selections are correct
• Your shipping address is accurate

• You understand current TAT (Turnaround Time)

We are not responsible for errors made at checkout.

 Turnaround Time (TAT)

Current TAT is listed in the group, website, or drop post.

 

• TAT begins the next business day after purchase

• Weekends and holidays are not included

• Drop items begin production one week after the drop closes

During sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, TAT may extend slightly.

 Payments

Payment is required in full at checkout. We do not begin production until payment is received.

 

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our products:

 

• All sales are final

• No refunds, returns, or exchanges

• No cancellations once production has started

If there is an error on our end, we will make it right if the error is reported within 14 days after receiving product with proof of error. 

Sizing & Color Variations

Please review size charts before ordering.

 

We are not responsible for:

• Incorrect sizing selected

• Slight color variations due to screen resolution

• Normal wash wear

6. Shipping & Liability

Once your package is handed over to USPS:

 

• We are not responsible for shipping delays

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages

• We are not responsible for incorrect addresses

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for reshipping costs.

Chargebacks & Disputes

By placing an order, you agree to contact us first with any concerns before filing a dispute or chargeback.

 

Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed with proof of purchase, tracking, and communication records.

 Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, graphics, and content are the property of Designs by Britt & Co.

 

Reproduction, resale, or duplication without written permission is strictly prohibited.

 Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason including, but not limited to:

 

• Harassment

• Disrespectful behavior

• Violation of group rules
