📦 SHIPPING POLICY

Designs by Britt & CoProcessing Time (TAT)All items are made to order unless stated otherwise (RTS).

• Current TAT: 20 business days (not including weekends or holidays)

• TAT begins the business day after your order is placed• During large drops, holidays, or sales, TAT may extend slightlyYou will always be updated if there are any unexpected delays.

RTS items ship within 2–3 business days.If RTS items are purchased with made-to-order items, everything will ship together unless separate shipping is purchased.

Shipping Methods
We ship via USPS. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout.

 

 

Once your package leaves our hands and is scanned by USPS, we are not responsible for:

• Shipping delays

• Lost or stolen packages

• Incorrect addresses entered at checkout.Please double check your address before placing your order.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for reshipping costs.
